Community hospital looking to bring on Director Surgical Services! Bonus Incentive Program and Relocation!

Leads the perioperative team by focusing on safe patient care while effectively managing operations. The Director of Surgical Services has 24/7 responsibility for their departments.

Reporting Structure:

• This Director reports directly to VP Surgical Services
• OR, Preop/PACU, PAT, SPD all report into Director. SPD has supervisor, CNC/Charge Nurses for OR, Preop/PACU, PAT
• They will be adding a manager role under director
• 110 FTES

Overview:

• 13 ORs – 1 Cysto Room, 1 Hybrid Room then the others are general ORs
• Recently completed construction project that added 4 new ORs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required
• Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) preferred
• Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) preferred
