The Enterprise Wireless Solutions Business Area (BEWS) plays a fundamental role in achieving this goal by building a differentiated enterprise networking and security product portfolio and by scaling a global multi‑channel go‑to‑market. Leveraging Ericsson's proven leadership in cellular, our long‑term goal is to become the default choice and trusted partner for any organization's wireless network infrastructure – with cellular as the entry point and zero‑trust security as a norm.
The Senior Sales Engineer supports sales executives with solution selling into the prospect account base and partners with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles. The Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up‑selling, cross‑selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.
This role will report to the Director of Sales Engineering.

Domain Sales Manager
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job‑related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
This role includes the opportunity for sales commissions as part of the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Variable Compensation Plan. Actual payouts are based on performance against sales targets and the individual incentive target. Certain eligibility and pro‑ration rules may apply.
