**Job Summary and Responsibilities****Job Summary:**+ Prepares food for patients, staff, and visitors of the healthcare facility following safe cooking techniques. Prepares food for multiple therapeutic diets and complies with state and federal laws and regulations related to food preparation in a healthcare environment.+ Supports quality control measures such as recipe adherence and food quality consistency.+ This position is represented by SEIU, Local 1107 and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.**Job Requirements****Minimum:**+ High School Graduate/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.+ One (1) year foodservice experience.+ Food Handler Permit: NV (FHP:NV) within 30 Days**Where You'll Work**As the community's only not-for-profit, faith-based healthcare system; Dignity Health Nevada has been guided by the vision and core values of the Adrian Dominican Sisters for more than 70 years.
