Personal Injury Attorney – Las Vegas, NV

About the Role:

A growing Personal Injury law firm in Las Vegas is seeking a motivated Attorney to join its expanding team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about advocating for injured clients, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is eager to take ownership of cases from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, including:

• Car / auto accidents
• Truck accidents
• Motorcycle accidents
• Uber & Lyft / rideshare accidents
• Severe & catastrophic injury cases
• Slip & fall / premises liability
• Bicycle accidents
• Animal attacks
• Wrongful death

Handle all aspects of litigation and pre‑litigation.

Conduct depositions, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances.

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands.

Communicate proactively with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.

Evaluate case value, liability, and damages.

Work collaboratively with support staff to move cases efficiently.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active and in‑good‑standing license to practice law in Nevada.
• 2+ years of experience in Personal Injury
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume caseload independently.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.

Compensation

• $115,000 - 200,000+ base salary depending on years of experience
• Additional percent‑based commissions/bonuses on top of base compensation
