Admitting-Discharge ManagerLas Vegas, NV | Full-TimeSalary: $63,024 – $97,697 annuallyPosition SummaryOversees daily operations of Patient Access Services (PAS), including Admitting, Discharge, Referrals, Authorizations, and Scheduling. Manage supervisors and staff, resolve insurance and patient issues, ensure policy compliance, monitor KPIs, and supports quality improvement. Acts as a liaison across departments and contributes to strategic planning.Requirements:Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field5+ years of Admitting/Discharge supervisory experience in a hospital or physician office setting (including scheduling and referrals)Experience in a professional (FLSA-exempt) roleAdditional Requirements:Proficiency in EPIC and UKG Kronos1+ year Emergency Department experience (trauma, adult, and/or pediatrics)1+ year main hospital admitting experience (ASU, outpatient)Experience managing multiple schedulesFlexibility to work nights/weekendsKey Skills & KnowledgeAdmitting workflows, insurance requirements, and basic codingStaff scheduling, supervision, and performance monitoringCustomer service and issue resolutionStrong communication and organizational skillsKnowledge of hospital safety, patient rights, and infection controlPhysical RequirementsOffice-based role with prolonged sitting and computer useOccasional light lifting (up to 10lbs)
