If you are a Paralegal with experience in Civil Litigation, preferably have experience in Bodily Injury defense and/or Premise Liability defense law, we would like to talk to you. (This position can be HYBRID after the first 30 days.)Requirements:· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Civil Litigation Paralegal· Be able to work with little supervision· Possess Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Knowledge of Local Rules of Civil Procedure· E-filing ExperienceDuties:· Assisting one Attorney with his/her caseload· Assisting in Case Management and 16.1 disclosures· Working with Clients and opposing counsel· Calendaring and scheduling· Prepare pleadings and handling incoming and outgoing discovery· E-filing in both State and Federal Courts· Billing your Hours (1600 per year)Benefits:This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday and can be HYBRID after the first month. We are centrally located in Las Vegas, provide excellent benefits with 100% employer paid health insurance and a paid Life Insurance policy. Vision and Dental – we pay 50%.
