The Director of Sales is responsible for developing and executing sales strategy to drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR performance. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role focused on account generation, relationship management, market penetration, and performance execution.
This position also offers the opportunity to contribute to pre-opening commercial strategy and potential future leadership involvement such as multi-property sales support, and/or future branded hotel openings.
