Role Summary

As Area Doughnut Coach (Area Doughnut Shop Manager), you will play a pivotal role in exceeding customer expectations, developing employee abilities, and ensuring the smooth operation of Pinkbox Doughnuts locations within your assigned district.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple stores and shop managers.
• Ensure all products meet company standards.
• Interact with employees, customers, and vendors in a positive, professional demeanor.
• Serve as a role model for the team.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the shop.
• Manage, execute, and delegate daily functions of the shop.
• Understand production and oversee the back-of-house area as needed.
• Have safe access and manager authority regarding cash handling, refunds, voids, and discounts.
• Ensure sanitation practices are used in handling and preparing food in the back-of-house area.
• Ensure all safety and security policies are followed as set by the Company.
• Train and coach employees during each shift to ensure Company and brand standards are met.
• Use tools to accomplish goals, manage labor, and control inventory.
• Conduct and attend regular manager meetings, communicating store success or areas of improvement.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the shop.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in the restaurant industry, with at least 3 years managing multiple locations

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Constant face-to-face interactions with employees and customers.
• Safely navigate in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions.
• District Managers can expect to have early mornings, late evenings, weekends and all holidays.
• Additional opening/closing responsibilities.
• Comply with the brand and Company uniform and hygiene policies.
