Job Title: Corporate Safety ManagerLocation: City of Industry, CATravel: Approximately 25%OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Corporate Safety Manager to lead and oversee safety operations across multiple locations. This individual will serve as the company's primary safety authority, providing leadership, guidance, and hands‑on support to on‑site safety personnel while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.The ideal candidate is a proactive safety professional who is comfortable traveling to job sites, conducting audits, partnering with field leadership, and driving a strong safety culture company-wide.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and support on-site safety personnel across multiple locationsServe as the primary point of contact for all safety-related matters within the organizationTravel approximately 25% of the time to various job sites to:Conduct job site walks and safety observationsPerform safety audits and inspectionsPartner with site leadership to identify and mitigate riskDevelop, implement, and maintain company-wide safety policies, programs, and proceduresEnsure compliance with OSHA and other applicable federal, state, and local safety regulationsLead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action plansTrack safety metrics, trends, and KPIs; provide reporting and recommendations to leadershipAssist with training programs for field staff and safety personnelPromote a proactive, accountability-driven safety culture throughout the organizationQualifications5+ years of progressive experience in safety management, preferably in a multi‑site environmentStrong working knowledge of OSHA standards and regulatory complianceExperience leading or mentoring safety professionals in the fieldProven ability to conduct audits, inspections, and job site walksExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with field and corporate teamsWillingness and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time to various company locations across the western United StatesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPreferred Certifications (a plus)CSP, ASP, CHST, or equivalent safety certificationsOSHA 30 or OSHA 500/510What We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits packageEmployee ownership program that is extremely strongCompany vehicle or travel reimbursementOpportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping company‑wide safety initiativesStable, growth-oriented organization with long‑term career potential#J-18808-Ljbffr
