In this role, you'll be the face of our company on project sites across the region, leading installation crews, partnering with general contractors, and keeping our projects running smoothly from mobilization through final closeout.What You'll DoLead Field ExecutionSupervise millwork installation crews and subcontractors on active job sitesCoordinate daily activities for safe, timely, high-quality workInterpret and enforce construction documents, shop drawings, and specificationsTrack schedules and help keep project sequencing on targetSolve field issues before they become delays or reworkDrive Quality & SafetyPerform routine quality inspections and ensure workmanship meets AWI, ADA, and project standardsMaintain a clean, organized, professional job site environmentPromote and enforce OSHA and company safety policiesAct as on-site safety coordinator, leading safety briefings and ensuring full complianceCoordinate & CommunicateServe as the primary point of contact between field teams, project managers, and general contractorsParticipate in job site meetings and deliver progress updatesManage documentation including daily reports, punch lists, and delivery logsSupport material handling and coordinate deliveries for efficient workflowSupport Project CloseoutLead pre-punch and final punch list effortsCoordinate corrections and final closeout activities with crews and subcontractorsAssist in project turnover with clients and GCsReport progress, field changes, and labor tracking to office teamsWhat You BringProven experience leading crews and coordinating subcontractors on commercial construction projectsStrong understanding of millwork fabrication, installation practices, and sequencingAbility to read and interpret architectural drawings and millwork shop drawingsSharp problem-solving skills and adaptability in changing field conditionsEffective communication and leadership abilities with a collaborative mindsetExperience with construction technology tools (Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam a plus)Strong attention to detail and organized approach to site managementQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Construction Management, Carpentry, or related field preferred5+ years of experience in millwork, carpentry, or finish tradesMinimum 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent roleOSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to obtain/maintain a DOT medical card if operating company vehiclesMust be willing to travelWhy You'll Love Working With UsThis role gives you the opportunity to take pride in building exceptional spaces, coach high-performing teams, and directly shape the success of every project you touch.
