A company is looking for a Plant Takeoff Specialist to work remotely on project documents for Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants.Key ResponsibilitiesReview project schedules and analyze specifications and plans to identify issuesPerform detailed material takeoffs and ensure project data accuracy before releaseCoordinate with project managers and sales associates to review project scopes and update materials as neededRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in material takeoffs for Waterworks materialsKnowledge of pipe, valves, fittings, and materials in the waterworks industryExperience with construction documents including plans and specificationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of estimating software is a plus
