JOB TITLE: Contract & Lease Coordinator
SUPERVISOR: Sr Vice President- Legal / Restaurant Division

BASIC PURPOSE:
The Contract & Lease Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and maintaining records related to financial obligations with respect to all lease properties as well as claims handling for all Property Insurance claims. In this position the employee will maintain the database with respect to all facilities to include rent expense, expiration dates with respect to leases, renewal options, termination rights, etc. This position serves as the central point of contact among Operations, Landlords, and First Street Development (FSD).
