Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Set up CNC and other production machinery by preparing, assembling, and calibrating machine components prior to production runs; Load raw materials and parts into machines and ensure correct placement for efficient and accurate operation; Start, run, and monitor machines throughout the shift to maintain optimal speed, performance, and production quality; Adjust machine settings and controls as needed to maintain specifications and resolve minor process issues; Conduct in-process and final quality checks on parts and finished products to verify they meet required standards and specifications
