A company is looking for a Senior Director, Trade and Distribution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage distribution activities across 3PLs, Specialty Distributors, and Specialty Pharmacies to achieve operational goalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and execute distribution agreementsTroubleshoot and resolve issues within the distribution channel, including chargebacks and returnsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, Biological Sciences, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred10+ years of Trade & Distribution experience in pharma, distributor, pharmacy, or 3PLExperience with Specialty Distributors or Specialty Pharmacies and knowledge of various distribution modelsOncology experience and/or managing GPO contract operations preferredSolid analytical and organizational skills with the ability to influence across multiple departments
