JOB OVERVIEW
The Trust Operations Manager will lead the daily operational activities of the Company's Operations Center (i.e., the Las Vegas office), overseeing the team responsible for distributions, reconciliations, account management, and digital asset custody services. This role combines tactical execution with strong management responsibilities, ensuring operational excellence in both fiat and cryptocurrency processes. The Manager will act as the primary point of accountability for the office, balancing hands-on operational work with people leadership, and will partner closely with senior management to deliver on the Company's mission of providing institutional-grade custody and operational support.

This position requires being present at the physical office during business hours on the days the Company is open for business.
