Customer Service Specialist Job Responsibilities:
  • Provides primary support to customers by answering routine questions and resolving common technical or account problems.
  • Documents customer issues thoroughly to assist senior team members in tracking the root cause of problems and escalating necessary information to managers for solutions.
  • Assists in gathering data and feedback on specific problem areas or opportunities by engaging directly with relevant customer demographics.
  • Communicates customer feedback and the day-to-day customer experience to the Customer Service Manager or team lead.
  • Actively participates in training to learn the processes and daily actions of customer service representatives and Unicity Distributors, and contributes ideas for efficiency and improvement.
  • Maintains detailed, organized records and notes from all interactions with the field.
  • Contributes to team success by completing assigned tasks and supporting related projects as required.
  • Participates in all required local training and professional development events.
