• Organize meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Provide follow-up support to maintain candidate interest throughout the hiring process
• Ensure meticulous and updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the meetings you arrange, interviews that take place, and successful hires resulting from your initiatives
