Position Overview


Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to support a dynamic team in Nevada. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a high attention to detail, and can manage a variety of administrative responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.


Responsibilities

  • Perform essential administrative duties, including reconciling purchase orders and handling incoming phone calls.
  • Welcome and assist visitors in the lobby, ensuring a positive and professional guest experience.
  • Coordinate travel logistics in partnership with travel agents to support team member needs.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to stay organized and complete daily tasks efficiently.
  • Manage shipping and logistics processes using UPS/FedEx systems and SharePoint.
  • Work closely with trucking and logistics teams to support seamless operational flow.
  • Maintain a friendly, approachable attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accurate data entry skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.


Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Adobe.
  • Experience in logistics or a related field is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.


Required Work Hours


Monday through Friday, 1st shift

The pay range for this position is set at $20.00 per hour.
