Greet and converse with guests to suggest or receive cocktail and food orders
Order and serve cocktails and food to customers
Pick up after guest maintenance of station, keeping clear of beverage and food debris
Serve hot food and cold beverages
Serve beer, wine and cocktails
Handle monetary transactions in accordance with department policies and procedures
Maintain cleanliness of workstation
Stock items in proper location
Interact with guests in a pleasant, efficient and professional manner
Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department
Ability to perform all work task in 100+ degree weather, in direct sunlight
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
Minimum six months previous experience required
High volume hotel/restaurant experience preferred
Must have basic beverage serving knowledge
Pleasing personality and ability to communicate with customers
Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms
