Join LMG to jump-start or advance your career in the audiovisual industry as a FlexForce Technician! FlexForce is a workforce development program created to help current or recently graduated students from an industry related program break into the entertainment technology field, and help existing AV employees grow their skills, build a network, train, and earn cash. Technicians will be expected to meet all criteria including responsibilities, essential functions, safety protocol, personal work ethic, and process/equipment knowledge within each phase of the program. The FlexForce program starts at $15.00 per hour and as individuals qualify for higher tier shifts they can earn up to $19.00 per hour. FlexForce Technicians maintain a flexible schedule that can be worked around existing schedules.
FlexForce Technicians will perform duties such as, but not limited to:
• Develop working knowledge of the order fulfillment process including the scanning of equipment
• Rotate through Video, Audio, Lighting and LED disciplines to assist pulling, setting up, testing, and preparing A/V equipment visual product for shows and tours.
• Unload trucks and return equipment following rental to customers; load trucks safely as directed.
• Stage returned product in designated warehouse location
• Perform inventory procedures to ensure proper return of product. Also report any obvious damaged or missing equipment.
To be a successful FlexForce Technician you would have:
• Current student or recent graduate from an industry related program is a plus but not required.
• Prior experience in Warehouse/ Inventory Operations is a plus but not required.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Work in high pace environment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects <50lbs
