Job Details

Specific Job Functions:* Maintain side stations in a clean and orderly manner* Communicate through a headset attached to a two-way radio* Keep all equipment and refrigerators clean and sanitized* Sweep and mop floors as needed* Empty garbage* Maintain prescribed par stock levels in side stations* Transport bus carts of dirty dishes and trash to dish room* Deep clean and sanitize bus carts* Retrieve orders from warehouse and stock storeroom* Assist with proper stock rotation* Keep dining room floor clean and free of excess debris/liquids at all times* Polish Silverware* Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the departmentQualifications:* Previous Bus-Runner Experience preferred* Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms* More than 6 months of related experience is required.
