ROLE
The Sales floor TO plays a critical role in the closing phase of the timeshare sales process. The TO supports front-line sales agents by taking over qualified guests ("tours") at the end of presentations to finalize and close sales transactions. This role requires expert knowledge of product offerings, financing options, company policies, and closing techniques to convert qualified prospects into owners
