Construction Inspector

Location: Nellis AFB, NV Clearance: Secret Clearance

Responsibilities: We are seeking a Project Programmer to provide support of Programming and Execution for Nellis AFB, including infrastructure and installation planning and programming activities. Planning activities may include, but are not limited to those activities necessary to assess and manage environmental implications and conditions of installation activities as well as planning associated with the development of real property to include facility siting recommendation, development of programming documents, development of requirements documents, development of rough order parametric cost estimates, development of decision briefs, updates to facility demolition plans and development of the furnishings and fit-out plans to include development of the requirements, specifications and scheduling and coordination of the furnishings and fit-out for the Major Program facilities.

Required Skills/Certifications:

• Facility Project Cost Estimating
• Construction Background
• Solid analytical and mathematical skills
• Strong working knowledge of computer applications
• On site Project Management - Scope Development
• Scope Development - Improvements

Highly Desired Skills/Certifications:

• A Degree and/or Certification in Estimating or Construction Management
• 10+ years of experience
