Outcome-Obsessed Product OwnershipDrive Business Value: You are responsible for the ROI of the software. If we agree with the client that the project will reduce scheduling staff by 40%, you work with the client and team until that metric is achieved.Consultative Discovery: Partner with C-Suite stakeholders (typically CFO or COO) to identify bottlenecks. You must be able to push back on "wants" to uncover "needs" that drive margin and scale.Full Lifecycle Accountability: You own the product from the initial problem statement through to adoption. You ensure the solution doesn't just work technically, but works operationally for hundreds or thousands of users.2. AI-Accelerated Prototyping & DesignRapid Visualization: We do not wait weeks for wireframes. You will use AI tools (Gemini, Vercel V0, etc.) to rapidly accelerate the product management function: meeting with executives, ingesting transcripts into LLMs, and generating functional prototypes or high-fidelity mockups within days.System Design: You will utilize our design standards and AI generators to get the UI 80% of the way there, allowing for fast feedback and iteration.AI-Assisted Requirements: You will take iterated prototypes and background information to generate technical requirements using AI, applying your expert review to ensure they are ready for the engineering team.3. Healthcare Domain ExpertiseWorkflow Mastery: Design multi-module applications that handle complex workflows (e.g., complex scheduling, certification, compliance, payroll integration, EHR integration, CRM integration).Integration Literacy: Understand the constraints and requirements of integrating with legacy healthcare systems using APIs or RPA.Requirement Integrity: Ensure discovery is so robust (aided by AI analysis and rapid feedback sessions) that development rework is dramatically reduced.QualificationsExperience: 5+ years in Product Management, specifically within Healthcare or complex enterprise software.AI Native: Proven ability to use AI for documentation, requirement analysis, and prototyping.Consulting Mindset: Experience acting as the primary point of contact for external clients (Agency or Management Consulting background is a plus).Technical Aptitude: You don't need to code, but you must understand data models, integrations, and how to "build" screens using generative tools.Education: Bachelors degree required; MBA is a plus.
