?? Hiring: Onsite Event Technicians (Live Events) ??

Travel to conference/event sites required

We're actively hiring hands-on technicians to support high-visibility, in-person events across the country.

• This is a part-time, travel-heavy role (90% travel) working onsite at conference and event venues.
• Applicants can be located anywhere in the US, but ideally, need to be situated near a large metropolitan airport
• Role is customer facing - strong communication skills and professionalism required
• Technical background/skillset preferred; technical skillsets can be taught

What You'll Do

• Act as the onsite technical point of contact between project teams and clients
• Set up and manage check-in stations (tablets, badge printers, routers)
• Configure, test, and maintain event devices and applications
• Support session scanning + lead capture (setup, distribution, troubleshooting)
• Handle incoming shipments, inventory, and post-event returns
• Travel to conference/event sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event tech, AV, IT support, or hardware setup
• Strong troubleshooting skills in fast-paced, live environments
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism onsite
• Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 90%) and flexible hours
