Location: Las Vegas, NV (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Availability: All Shifts (Day, Swing, and Graveyard)

StaffHire LLC is representing a premier client in Las Vegas currently seeking a disciplined and service-oriented Customer Service Representative. This role is designed for a professional who finds fulfillment in assisting others and possesses the resilience to thrive within a fast-paced environment. You will manage a high volume of customer interactions, playing a vital role in supporting users, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout a 24/7 operation.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to users via Live Chat, SMS messaging, email and telephone. Ensure detailed records are maintained for all customer contacts.
  • Typical shift volume: 150 Live Chats (up to 4 concurrent), 20-30 SMS messages, 20-30 telephone calls, and 40-50 emails.
  • Review customer accounts for possible fraudulent activity, and take appropriate action based on circumstances. Typical shift volume – varies.
  • Provide customer support to performers via email. Ensure detailed records are maintained for all performer contacts.
  • Understand and adhere to department policies, procedures, and escalation processes.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect with every interaction.
  • May be required to work on special projects as needs arise.

Professional Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center, professional office, or high-volume service setting.
  • Proficient in clear, professional verbal and written English.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple digital interfaces and tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to remain resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
  • Foundational proficiency in computer systems, internet navigation, and internal CRM tools.
