- Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com) is currently seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Custom Integration Developer for an opportunity in Las Vegas, NV.
QUALIFICATIONS- Expert level experience with ServiceNow (update sets, API, service catalogs, etc.)
- Ability to read API documentation to create the integration between Calero and ServiceNow
- Ability to create, update, modify ServiceNow catalog items
- Demonstrates professional organization, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently on application problems
- Must be able to complete a functional Calero-ServiceNow integration
- Must be able to document integration design and technical configuration
- Must be able to provide test plan, test data, and test results demonstrating successful validation
- Must be able to provide deployment instructions and knowledge-transfer documentation
JOB DUTIES:- Develops new integration between Calero and ServiceNow
- Plan and develop test data to validate new integration
- Evaluates alternative solutions and recommends and implements appropriate applications design
- Maintains and communicates accurate statement of work performed
- Discovery of current system configurations and understanding of topology to align data mapping
- Interviews with functional and technical staff to gather documentation required for analysis of integration requirements
