  • Streamline communication and reduce inefficiencies across stakeholders
  • Manage timelines and deliverables with external partners (e.g., PR agencies, vendors)

Marketing Execution Support (Secondary Focus)

  • Contribute to development of marketing assets such as decks, campaigns, and content by providing input to improve structure, clarity and effectiveness
  • Ensure deliverables align with the intended audience and stage of the marketing funnel
  • Help organize messaging and structure within projects for clarity and effectiveness
  • Contribute to the execution of go-to-market initiatives and campaign rollouts
  • Provide input to improve quality and consistency of marketing outputs

Process & Workflow Improvement

  • Build and maintain repeatable workflows for how marketing work is planned and executed
  • Create templates and systems for briefs, campaigns, and deliverables
  • Improve efficiency by reducing ambiguity, redundancy, and delays
  • Help establish best practices for how marketing work gets done

Review & Quality Control

  • Manage review and approval processes to ensure timely and effective feedback
  • Ensure the right stakeholders are involved at the right stages
  • Consolidate feedback and drive revisions efficiently
  • Own final quality control before deliverables are shared externally

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a project management role
  • Minimum of 2- 5 years' experience in a marketing role
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of delivering projects on time
