The Salvation Army (Western) - - Responsibilities: Perform routine and emergency maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems; Diagnose issues and determine appropriate solutions with minimal supervision; Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and code compliance concerns; Prioritize and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner; Coordinate and oversee outside vendors and contractors as needed
