MGM Resorts - - Responsibilities: Greet arriving guests at parking entrance; Regulate movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion; Be knowledgeable of hotel services/features/offerings and local attractions to respond to guest inquiries; Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority or refer to the supervisor on duty; Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security
