POSITION SUMMARY:
It is the primary responsibility of the Lead Line Cook to role model our customer service commitment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products, maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment. The Lead Line Cook is responsible for confidently running shifts that creates the Downtown Grand experience. All duties are to be performed in accordance with the department and Downtown Grand policies, practices and procedures.
