Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas for security-related concerns, providing directions and information while following post orders and established procedures; Support public-facing operations by observing daily activity, reporting maintenance or hazard-related issues, and communicating with appropriate personnel regarding security-related matters
