We're seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to help lead our back-of-house team and contribute to the continued success of the restaurant.
Position Summary
The Sous Chef is a hands-on leader who partners with the Executive Chef to drive daily kitchen operations and ensure an exceptional culinary experience. This role is responsible for maintaining consistency in food quality, supporting and developing the culinary team, and keeping the kitchen running efficiently during high-volume service. Success in this position requires strong technical skills, leadership presence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
