Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, with working environments and conditions varying by site; Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, loitering, and/or disruptive behavior while maintaining a professional presence; Document observations, routine activities, and/or unusual occurrences, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and security-related issues according to site procedures
