Description:

Provider Compensation Analyst - RemoteJob Schedule: Full Time | Shift: DayResponsibilities: The Provider Compensation Analyst performs data gathering and analysis, CPT coding reviews, creation of proformas, report development, provider market analysis, and plan modeling for newly hired physicians, acquisitions, and contract renewals. The analyst participates as a member of an implementation team for new acquisitions being brought onto the system, performs research on legal compliance, trend analysis, and market survey reviews on provider pay, production, revenue, coding and billing. The role includes fair market value assessments of provider compensation plans and collaboration with third-party firms to manage the external fair market review process. The analyst works with the Provider Compensation team and system leaders to develop plans supporting care strategies, quality and performance objectives, financial goals and the funding of provider development activities, while promoting team concepts and reflecting the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related area.3 years of experience in progressively responsible roles with demonstrated compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and strong project/change management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Human Resources, Contracting and Business Intelligence Software.Experience with data reporting and analytics tools.Salary Range: Minimum: $39.45, Maximum: $61.24Benefits: Comprehensive benefits include a retirement 401(k) savings plan with employer matching, health care benefits (medical, dental, vision), life insurance, disability insurance, paid parental leave, vacation and holiday pay, wellness resources, and additional voluntary benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
