Position OverviewThe Broker Success Partner plays a key role in strengthening relationships with our broker partners by delivering consistent communication, follow up, and support.This role focuses on broker engagement, relationship management, and coordination rather than direct sales production. Broker Success Partners work closely with experienced Account Executives who provide mentorship and technical guidance.This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, staying organized, and making sure people feel supported. Mortgage experience is helpful but not required.Key ResponsibilitiesProducer Relationship ExecutionBuild and maintain strong relationships with assigned broker partnersConduct regular check ins to ensure brokers feel supported and informedSupport onboarding of new broker partnersAssist brokers with communication, follow up, and coordinationEncourage broker engagement with company tools and programsIdentify relationship concerns early and escalate when neededSupport broker retention and reactivation effortsAdministrator Process and OrganizationMaintain accurate broker communication and activity records in CRMTrack broker touchpoints and follow upsAssist with scheduling meetings and managing broker outreach cadenceMonitor engagement activity and report trendsDocument broker feedback and service opportunitiesSupport onboarding workflows and communication trackingIntegrator Communication and CoordinationServe as a consistent relationship contact for assigned brokersCoordinate communication between brokers and internal teamsEscalate technical or guideline related questions to Account ExecutivesEnsure brokers receive timely responses and updatesHelp maintain alignment between broker expectations and company processesRepresent broker needs and feedback internallyWhat Makes This Role UniqueYou will be mentored by experienced Account ExecutivesYou will learn the mortgage business through hands on exposureYou will play a critical role in strengthening broker relationshipsYou will help create a consistent and reliable broker experienceThis role is designed to develop future leaders within the wholesale channel.QualificationsRequiredExcellent communication and relationship skillsStrong organizational and follow up abilityAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesProfessional presence and customer first mindsetComfortable learning new systems and processesSelf starter with strong attention to detailPreferred but not requiredMortgage or financial services experienceAccount management or customer success experienceCRM experienceBilingual English Spanish preferredIdeal BackgroundsClient successAccount managementBankingHospitalityInsuranceCustomer service leadershipRelationship managementTravelAs needed travel internationally between United States and Mexico to meet business needs.LanguageEnglish required, Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) desired.CompensationPMG will offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with the background and experience of the applicant.#J-18808-Ljbffr
