Your role as a Software Implementation Project Manager will be the subject matter expert on Handoff to Delivery and to drive operational excellence for Midwest zone service delivery. You will be responsible for the E 2 E process from presale, order booking and invoicing/rev recognition and the facilitator between Sales and District Service Directors to validate opportunities booked, capture demand requirements, and review a project for technical accuracy. Your role:Assist project managers with multiple projects, analyzing forecasts, maintaining key dates, and managing risks. Facilitate daily management for the Midwest zone, ensuring standardization, preparing agendas, documenting meetings, and updating dashboards. Coordinate with sales and project teams to set up new projects, handle missing presales assets, and lead daily presales meetings.
