The Senior Manager of Data Systems and Analytics has combined oversight of functional software applications with analytical output. This role uses available technologies to lead, plan, and coordinate all work related to the design, development, and implementation of the company's reporting and analytics function. This position is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading reports that feed dashboards, and for identifying opportunities to streamline processes by being intimately familiar with the company's technology assets and operational needs. A key objective of this role is to reduce friction and repetitive work by implementing features that increase department and system efficiency. Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with peers, team members, and management across all departments is critical to successfully facilitating and affecting change.

Location: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Las Vegas, NV. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or be prepared to relocate prior to their start date. Regular local travel between business units and properties is required.
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of core business systems (ERP, CRM, and related platforms)
Ensure systems evolve with current and emerging technologies, including AI and data innovations
Develop, maintain, and communicate the enterprise data architecture roadmap, including data warehouses, data lakes, and streaming platforms
Architect data models and schemas (conceptual, logical, physical) to support AI/ML, analytics, and reporting
Guide the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of reporting tools, dashboards, and quantitative analyses
Present complex technical and analytical information in a clear, understandable manner for leadership and stakeholders
Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues
Apply business logic to optimize workflows and reduce inefficiencies
Lead system implementation and technology projects, ensuring they remain on scope, on schedule, and within budget
Hire, train, and supervise Business Analysts or Systems Analysts
Foster professional development and technical growth within the team
5+ years of experience in data architecture, systems analysis, or system strategy
Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Expertise in budgeting and financial analysis
Advanced Microsoft Power BI proficiency
Experience with Konami, Synchro, Paychex, and Google-based data feeds
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Experience with system conversions and data visualization
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
Experience with emerging AI technologies required
Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming registration
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the casino and property.
Must be able to move throughout all areas of the property, including back-of-house and public areas.
Use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and radios as needed.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and varying temperature conditions.
