WORK LOCATION / SCHEDULE : Work sites across the US, with regular company-paid travel home for long breaks (ex: 7 days onsite, 5 days back home, repeat). COMPENSATION : $130,000 On-target earnings ($100-120,000+ base, plus discretionary bonus) BENEFITS : Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401(k) with company match, short & long-term Life Insurance, Generous PTO, Company-issued iPhone/iPad/Laptop SUMMARY Our client is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee high-end commercial tenant improvement and restaurant construction projects nationwide. This role is ideal for a field-driven leader with strong experience managing luxury retail and hospitality buildouts, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring exceptional project execution from start to finish. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead onsite construction activities from mobilization through final turnover, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within quality standards, and compliant with safety requirements. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and consultants while maintaining strong jobsite productivity and organization. Manage project sequencing, scheduling, inspections, RFIs, submittals, deliveries, punch lists, and daily reporting documentation. Enforce compliance with plans, specifications, permits, local building codes, and company safety standards. Conduct quality control inspections and proactively resolve field conflicts, deficiencies, and construction issues. Partner closely with Project Managers and client stakeholders to communicate progress updates, schedule impacts, and project milestones. Maintain clean, organized, inspection-ready jobsites with a strong focus on professionalism and client satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction environments. Proven experience managing high-end retail tenant improvements OR restaurant buildout projects. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and field operations. Experience with popular, modern construction management software (Procore, Outbuild, etc.) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project. Strong communication skills with a confident, client-facing leadership presence. Demonstrated stability and strong career tenure; no frequent job changes. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
