Conduct diagnostic tests to identify issues and determine necessary repairs on engines. - Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance. - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate repairs - Complete preventative maintenance (P - Ms), safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections. - Lead diagnostic tests to accurately identify complex issues and determine comprehensive repair strategies for engines. - Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair tasks on engines, including overhauling and rebuilding components to required specifications. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, assisting them in developing their skills and knowledge. - Other duties as required.
