About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in its ambitious growth trajectory. The CFO will be a key strategic partner, responsible for influencing long-term strategy, growth initiatives, and acquisitions. This executive will lead all financial management activities, including accounting, treasury, budgeting, reporting, and compliance, with a focus on strengthening job-cost visibility, WIP reporting, and cash flow performance. The successful candidate will be tasked with building scalable financial systems and controls, driving M&A strategy, and managing key relationships with external partners. A hands-on leader, the CFO will also champion innovation through financial technology, data analytics, and real-time reporting, and will be expected to develop and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team.Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance role. A strong background in construction, development, or related industries is essential, as is a proven track record of scaling a company through operational discipline and strategic foresight. The role requires expertise in construction finance, including WIP, bonding, and project accounting, as well as experience in M&A, strategic planning, and capital markets. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to translate complex financials into actionable insights, and a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business. A CPA and/or MBA is preferred.
