Career Opportunity. The city of Las Vegas is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Construction Project Representative. This position Coordinates, inspects, monitors and documents the work performed and progress of outside contractors on city capital improvement projects (CIP); represents the city on public construction projects; and performs a variety of technical tasks and special projects relative to assigned area of responsibility. The Construction Project Representative may also be assigned to a monitoring or quality assurance function over private consultant-managed CI - Ps. Supervision Received and Exercised. Receives direction from the Construction Management Supervisor and higher level management staff. Type of Examination.
