Job Details

Provide face-to-face or virtual coaching/training to DSP staff, caregivers, and family members. Support the development and monitoring of Clinical Treatment Plans, including skill development and data collection. Ensure DSPs have the necessary materials for treatment plan implementation. Present graphical summaries of treatment effectiveness in meetings. Model positive behavioral supports and respond to emergencies as trained. Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments or other clinical assessments as assigned. Share assessment results and best practice recommendations in meetings. Provide crisis de-escalation support as needed. Complete documentation on time. Regularly update the Director and team on support activities. Attend all required meetings. Report suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation as required. Follow all health, safety, and confidentiality standards. Other duties as assigned.
