In this role, you'll promote our Group and Voluntary Benefit solutions to general agents, brokers, and employers—backed by our fully cloud‑based, no‑legacy‑systems platform that delivers a truly frictionless enrollment and new‑business experience.Partner with regional and national distribution leaders to accelerate prospecting and sales across the Southern California market which includes south of Bakersfield, Santa Barber to San Diego, parts of Southern Nevada and parts of Arizona . This is a remote, home‑office position with 50–75% travel within your territory. Be part of a modern, fast‑moving team shaping the future of Employee Benefits and simplifying the complex. We are “ Powerfully Simple ”.What You'll Be DoingDevelop and maintain strategic business relationships with brokerage firms, consulting houses, General Agencies (GA's) and PEOsMeet or exceed activity goals as it relates to new client meetings, quote activity, relationship management and annual premium sales goalsResponsible for generating proposals for Group Life, Dental, Disability, Vision, Critical Illness, Accident, & Hospital Indemnity and State Paid Family Medical Leave (PFML) clients in target market of 20-500+ lives in designated territoryProvide consultative analysis and recommendations to distribution channel partners and prospective clientsConstruct and maintain a business plan for your designated territory based on sales and strategic initiativesBuild long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experienceMeet or exceed assigned premium, proposal activity and meeting targets monthly, quarterly and annuallyCoordinate and track client events, meetings, appointments, and conferencesCoordinate with the Regional Account Manager on the delivery of all proposalsRemain current on company offerings and industry trends through market research, business area meetings, conferences, and industry eventsThis position offers a remote work arrangement plus up to 75% travel for business needs. Periodic office visits may be requested based on business needs.The base salary for this position is $60,000.
