Job Details

ABM Industries - - Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, calibrate, and adjust pilots, thermostats, burners, transformers, controls, relays, heaters, elements, switches, and other electrical system components.; Use common HVAC-R trade tools in daily work, including multimeters, refrigerant gauges, charging charts, and hand tools.; Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.; Identify maintenance risks on equipment and communicate recommended corrective actions.; Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for commercial HVAC systems, ice machines, and supporting equipment.
