Cafe Rio - 9595 South Eastern Avenue - Responsibilities: Serve as a brand ambassador by complying with Cafe Rio uniform and appearance standards; Create and maintain an exceptional guest experience by phone and in-person; including but not limited to: Communicating with customers in a friendly and respectful manner, anticipating customer needs, and addressing customer questions and concerns; Adhere to and maintain operational standards and guidelines, including food quality and safety, individual/team safety, cleanliness, and sanitation; Verify order accuracy, quality, and presentation; Assemble, maintain, clean and store equipment for daily business (including correcting and reporting issues)
