Penn National Gaming - - Responsibilities: Ensure the highest quality perishable products are available to prepare menu items; Ability to grill, broil or sautee meats, fish or any high-end menu items; Collaborate with members of culinary team for menu development. Participate in creating new menu items.; Prepare food in view of guests.; Assist Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef with specials of the day and any banquets preparations.
