MGM Resorts - - Responsibilities: Manage the computerized maintenance management system to prioritize, dispatch, and track maintenance requests; Own all service requests in a fast-paced environment by multitasking effectively, responding promptly, answering or directing incoming calls, and following up to ensure guest satisfaction; Prioritize guest requests while anticipating needs, acknowledging all guests, and maintaining a high level of service at all times; Support a positive, team-oriented work environment and maintain knowledge of hotel and departmental operations; Maintain awareness of cleanliness, safety, and accident prevention standards
