Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post orders and reporting protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including halls, waiting areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity; Monitor access points and observe visitor, patient, and staff movement to help to identify unusual behavior and report security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel; Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities, and communicate relevant information to supervisors, local staff, and/or emergency responders as needed
