Location: In person required: Palms Place - 4321 W Flamingo Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89103
Shift: Open, Swing, Closing, Weekends, Holidays (Mandatory)
Starting Base Salary: $16 - $21 per hour depending on experience
Expected Hours: 10 - 30 hours per week (based upon business needs)
Supervisory: Reports to BOH Team Lead, Shift Supervisor, Assist GM, and General Manager

The Baker maintains a clean, organized workspace, follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines, and supports daily production needs by managing prep lists, monitoring inventory, and communicating supply needs. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, solid baking skills, and the ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
