LRW Concepts, LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Baker to join our culinary team. The Baker is responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, following recipes and production schedules, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. This role is essential to ensuring our guests enjoy fresh, consistent, and beautifully crafted pastries, breads, and desserts.

Position: Baker

Location: In person required: Palms Place - 4321 W Flamingo Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89103

Shift: Open, Swing, Closing, Weekends, Holidays (Mandatory)

Starting Base Salary: $16 - $21 per hour depending on experience

Expected Hours: 10 - 30 hours per week (based upon business needs)

Supervisory: Reports to BOH Team Lead, Shift Supervisor, Assist GM, and General Manager

Position Summary:

The Baker is responsible for producing high-quality baked goods by preparing, mixing, and baking ingredients according to established recipes and standards. This role ensures consistent quality, proper presentation, and timely production of breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked items. The Baker maintains a clean, organized workspace, follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines, and supports daily production needs by managing prep lists, monitoring inventory, and communicating supply needs. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, solid baking skills, and the ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, and other baked goods according to recipes and standards
  • Measure, mix, and scale ingredients with accuracy
  • Operate and maintain baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and sheeters
  • Monitor product quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Follow daily production schedules and complete prep lists efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, tools, and storage spaces
  • Label, date, and store ingredients and finished products properly
  • Assist with inventory management and communicate supply needs
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to support overall production needs

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous baking or pastry experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of baking techniques, dough handling, and pastry fundamentals
  • Ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately
  • Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
  • Organized, efficient, and able to multitask
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
  • Dependable, punctual, and eager to serve
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong understanding of health regulations and ability to enforce cleanliness standards.
  • Required certifications Food Handler's Certification
